Our Story
Hi, I’m Reis Chester and I’m the Founder & CEO here at REISFIELDS NYC.
Starting in Brooklyn, NY back in 2016, REISFIELDS NYC is a black and queer cultural & lifestyle design lab created to offer an artisan line of handcrafted and curated pieces for your home and personal enjoyment.
My educational background is in business but my professional careers were in fashion styling, interior design and architectural development. I decided to combine my passions; nature, design, architecture, self-care, travel and luxury with my business acumen to create a safe space for people like my husband and I.
Our candles are all hand-poured in our lab in New Jersey. The 100% soy wax is blended in small batches with fragrances and essential oils. Our candles are 100% phthalate free and will burn cleanly all the way down. Every single candle is poured by hand and hand labeled and packaged. We are proud to make a product that is beautiful, sustainable and made in the USA.
Our self-care blends are made in small-batches, out of our love for botanicals, various earth elements, and the purity of peace of mind. Unique formulations designed for sensual enjoyment, physical radiance and overall vitality.
